Job Title: Tableau Developer
Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76118 5 days onsite
Contract duration: 4 month project

We are seeking a Tableau Developer who is experienced working with business stakeholders and has the ability to quickly understand the business, translate requirements, and deliver impactful Tableau dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate onsite with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine reporting and analytics requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable data insights
• Iterate on dashboards based on frequent stakeholder feedback
• Learn internal business processes, data sources, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
• Strong, hands-on experience developing in Tableau
• Proven ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work fully onsite (5 days per week)
• Ability to ramp up quickly and adapt within a new business environment
