In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Innovation team, you will engage in product management activities that drive innovative solutions for our clients. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing skills in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience

- Demonstrating a multidisciplinary approach to product development preferred
- Learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and UX
- Understanding basic product development concepts and organization
- Gaining exposure to product and data analytics tools

Travel Requirements Up to 20%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
