Large, global client has full-time need for a strong Workday HCM Technical Lead , with 7+ yrs of experience of hands-on Workday HCM technical skills, and at least 2 years of leadership experience. Responsibilities Develop Workday integrations using Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio for various functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting Translate business process requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals. Responsible for architectural documentation and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design. Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts Perform impact analysis, enhancements, change request, and product upgrades Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring as needed. Qualifications 7+ years experience in information technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields. 5+ years experience in integration development in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting. Workday implementation experience is preferred 2+ years experience in a technical lead position Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through Workday reporting, security and business process configuration Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, RaaS and Cloud Connect Testing the integrations – Formulating scenarios that need to be tested, documenting them as well as working with the business and vendors on testing the integrations Knowledge with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cloud Talent
