The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the condition of residential properties, identifying deficiencies, and providing detailed inspection reports. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about residential construction, and committed to providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of homes, townhomes, and other residential properties.Inspect major home systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural components, and more.Identify existing and potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs or improvements.Prepare accurate, detailed inspection reports with supporting documentation and photos.Clearly communicate inspection findings to clients in a professional manner.Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and inspection best practices.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of home inspection experience.Strong knowledge of residential construction, building systems, and applicable building codes.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Home Inspector certification or state license preferred.Working ConditionsAbility to work in a variety of residential environments, including attics, crawl spaces, basements, roofs, and outdoor areas.Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, lift, and perform other physical tasks as needed.Occasional travel to inspection sites within the local area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
