A respected and growing law firm in the Atlanta area is looking to add a skilled Legal Billing Specialist to its accounting team.

This position focuses on end-to-end legal billing functions, with a heavy emphasis on high-volume e-billing, invoice management, and compliance using Elite 3E.

Salary: $70,000$80,000 annually based on experience.

Position Overview:

This role is integral to the firm's financial operations, supporting accurate billing processes while ensuring compliance with complex client requirements and maintaining strong internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices through Elite 3E
• Collaborate with attorneys to revise and finalize pre-bills
• Oversee high-volume e-billing submissions across multiple platforms, including resolving rejected invoices
• Ensure adherence to client-specific billing guidelines and requirements
• Partner with attorneys and clients to address billing questions and discrepancies
• Support reporting, analytics, and collections-related follow-up

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience within a law firm setting
• Proven expertise working with Elite 3E
• Strong background in e-billing systems and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
