Our client, an international agricultural products and services company that handles agricultural commodities and a diverse portfolio of products and businesses is seeking a dedicated Oil Refinery Production Supervisor to join their team in the oil refinery division. As an Oil Refinery Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the refinery production and laboratory teams. This person will be on day shift.
Job Title: Oil Refinery Production Supervisor
Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000
Location: Salisbury, Maryland 21804

What's the Job?
Supervise daily refinery production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Oversee laboratory and production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and risk assessments
Maintain compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards such as HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and ISO
Collaborate with maintenance teams to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
Experience leading and managing refinery laboratory and production staff
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
